So it’s silly o’Clock in the morning and we are all still up and awake. Anyone got any ideas of how to either get off to sleep or how to make the most of being awake this early?!

Slough Windsor ish

I'm a chronic insomniac but I've just woke from a straight 5 hours kip so it's a win for me this morning.

No advice beyond staying positive xx

It’s hard to avoid the technology, you put it down five mins try and catch some sleep and then fab just gets the better of you lol

I'm on the other end. Had about five hours, tops, and I feel like I'm going to have to nap on the bus to work

.

Everytime you use your phone, laptop ect, at night it wakes you up more, that is your problem, you are much better off reading a book.

Traffic land

I can get to sleep, but can’t stay asleep, so often have a couple of hours awake during the night. I still don’t have the answer, but acceptance of it helps
