So from leaving school I trained as an engineer and continued in several roles within the trade welding, maintenance etc until early 30’s and then fell into a sales role which progressed to me becoming area sales manager on an excellent salary company car etc but was never “happy” and always wanted to go back to what I loved which is engineering
Recently I made the move back which wasn’t easy to find a company willing to take a punt on someone out of the game for 15+ yrs but I was given an opportunity and jumped at it, slight salary drop etc but I’m now very happy at work again
Just wondered if anyone else wanted to or has done a complete revert back or total career change? |
