I bought some Bose ones but the sound kept cutting out, so replaced them and got some Beats studio over ear wireless! Awesome bit of kit and I use them in the gym doing weights and in the treadmill, I use them whilst boxing on the heavy bag and for doing classes! Can't fault them.

Depends on what you wanna spend though

They actually look decent, but the neckband looks stiff, is it flexible?

If you are wearing a helmet, is it for cycling?

If it is outside cycling, try some bone conducting headphones (Aftershokzs, although you can buy cheaper versions). It means you can hear your music AND hear what's going on around you.

The ones I’ve got are completely flexible. You can curl them right up, twist them, whatever. They’re just rubbery.

And, if you’re cycling, they Plantronics don’t form a seal in your ear, so you’ll still hear traffic.

Omg I can't decide now!

The aftershokz are $140 and seem to have better reviews

The platronics are half the price but appareantly they're uncomfortable for bench press etc

They are fucking expensive. But they don’t fall out during exercise.

I bought some Taotronics ones off Amazon recently and have been raving about them to anyone that'll listen.

They're very reasonably priced at a shade over £15, really comfy (this is my usual complaint against in-ear headphones, but these have little rubber nubbins that mean they sit really well in your ear), and they have a nifty little magnetic thing so that if they're not in your ear they hang round your neck.

I'm not entirely sure if they're meant to be noise-cancelling or not - but I reckon they must be after a couple of things at work. The first was when I'd been fettling around with spreadsheets at work and forgotten to put in $$$ - which solicited a "bollocks!" from me...cue wild gesticulations from my manager's manager and an "Oops! Sorry, was that a bit loud?" from me

Second was the fire alarm going off and my manager having to tap me and tell me to take them out, cos I hadn't heard it.

They're fucking great!

They won’t be noise cancelling, not for £15, but if they’re a good seal in the ear, they may be noise isolating.

Expensive isn’t the same as overpriced though.

I got a set of Eonfine Bluetooth Sports headphone for my son last summer that he says are great. They’ve lasted nearly a year with continuing regular use in the gym 3 or 4times each week.and whenever he goes running. They cost £22.95

$220 is overpriced. You can buy much better Bose or Sennheiser earphones for that.

They don’t cost $220, the cost $159.

And they have functionality that you don’t get with similarly priced Bose or Sennheisers.

They do cost $220 CAD, and it's wireless earphones I don't need any other functionality other than plays music...

Fair enough on the price. But the fact that they have functionality that you don’t happen to need doesn’t make them overpriced.

Powerbeats are great.

I personally use the sony ear.in earphones. Not the longest battery life but the sound quality makes up for it.
