I’m openly a perv and I think it’s nice sometimes to see who’s looked at you and vice versa and sometimes this starts a convo so who hides themself from being seen? And reasons why |

Not normally but if someone actually openly looks at my profile then I hide to look back, only because I don't want them to think I'll automatically contact them.  |

Does anyone know if you currently view in stealth and then change your setting to show you as peeking at a profile, does that only apply to the profiles you view after your settings have been changed? |

Mines hidden because I once got an abusive message from someone because I looked at their profile and they didn’t like it. I didn’t fit what they were after (which the profile text confirmed) so didn’t message but they chose to message me to tell me not to look at them again as I made them sick. So - I kept viewing |

I do, prefer to perv undercover it's kinda like another filter cause if you look at some men they'd nearly hop all over you and it invites messages "I see you looked, you like what you see" etc etc etc when I might just want to browse in peace |

The "look" you gave them only remains visible while you're out of stealth mode - once you switch it back on it disappears from their "looked at me" list.
Also non-site supporters can't see who looked at them so your plan would only hold good if they were a site supporter and they saw you looked at them while you have stealth set to off.  |

That explains a lot, noticed that the look at me totals drop by 15 a little earlier, it seems to be a regular occurance when we put a Veri up so what's that about? |

But, like the hypocrite that I am, I don’t want other people to be able to hide the fact that they’ve looked at my profile. Hence why I’m a platinum member.
Who shows up in your ‘looked at me’ list is also affected by the ‘not looking for single guys’ setting. I got a scare when I removed that setting. |

I hide because if I am visible they contact me , I might only have popped into a profile as a result of a comment on a thread. So really not interested in them. Prefer just to keep my visits private . |

I hide because I don't want the messages that say "hi, I saw you looked at my profile"... yes and there's a reason I looked and didn't message so it helps in removing them. I never look at who's looked at me though. |

Yup. You can also bypass the word filters (rape) and you’re guaranteed no time wasters. Plus all your photos get a 500 Fabs head starry. I switched that off, because it got embarrassing. |

I enjoy being a rhodium member. It allows me to disable platinum member’s account settings. And fuck with them in all manner of ways. |

We used to view profiles openly until after only just viewing a guy’s profile, he started messaging asking what was wrong with his profile. When I checked his profile again, as I didn’t recall who he was (I had view many profiles that day and it could have been viewed by partner!), he became stroppy when I didn’t reply to his message. He got an immediate block, of course! |

I hide as I wouldn't want people I'm interested knowing how often I view their profile. Also wouldn't want all the "I noticed you've looked at my profile" messages. |

I’m stealth, generally because I’m looking at people who are way hotter than me, and I’d rather they didn’t know I was perving at them!
Oh and cos my hotlist might be concerned at how often I look at their pics, when I should be doing something much more productive! |

A lot of the time, I open a profile to write a Private Note on the profile-holder, based on comments they have made in the forums or in the chatrooms. And since I only write reasons why I WOULDN'T meet someone (a.k. NIAMY or Never In A Million Years ), these are people I really don't want to hear from |

We dnt really get any i see u looked messages . I dnt think ppl r interested just cos they viewed our profile u dnt know if u r until u look do u ......unless its a serial looker that views numerous times a day then i guess they r |

I can understand why women would hide, but I am happy for people to know I have looked at their profile.
I always look to see who has checked me out and if we're fairly local and looking for the same thing will often mail them. Sadly they usually aren't! |
