I agree that kamagra, in sachets works best for me too. Cialis and viagra pills give me a pounding headache. For me at the ripe old age of 66 “any little helps” to stay hard and kamagra does that.
Of course you really should consult your doctor first. I did four years ago and it cost me £96 for four Cialis. So who can afford that price. But available much cheaper over the counter at a chemist. |

Not sure of the price, but yeah it's now available over the counter. I'm considering using some to prolong my erection for extended play. |

Kamagra is a form of the same medicine as Viagra, which is sildenafil citrate. Just as with aspirin and paracetamol, the generic form is cheaper and contains the same thing. The producers may make them into different forms, gels, tablets etc.
As these are medicines, consider not taking them until you have medical need. It's feasible that taking them without medical need could mean that you are affected in ways that are avoidable. And like other medicines, they do have side effects. |

I have been using sildenafil tabs for last couple of years. I get them free on prescription as im over 60. They do help but the headaches are not great. I have found that if you take pain relief at the same time it helps |

I once met a man (not from here) who used Viagra, he confessed to me afterwards. I told him that he shouldn't of bothered as the sex was over in 5 minutes. If that's what Viagra does then it's not worth it. |

I'm diabetic and get it free on prescription, makes me hard like I'm 18 again but with the knowledge of 30+ years of how to pleasure a partner, it does allow me to keep hard longer too and also allows me to get hard again shortly after cumming, but like other people have said, drink plenty of water or you will likely get a headache. |
