I track my macronutrients and so I know the nutritional value of so much food now ha ha. Its all stored in my head or my app.

I am genuinely shocked at some of it and can totally understand why it's so easy to put weight on!

I adore cheese!!

I knew a guy who died because of excessive amounts of cheese. That lorry load of Gorgonzola really made a mess of him.
