What did everyone think of this climatic finale on Corrie this evening?
I myself was impressed with how Phelan's exit was executed. The episode was gripping, intense and emotional and all I can say is "well done". |

We like Corrie  and yes last nights expisides were very good!

We thought the same . The police just letting everyone out and wander around while he was laying there with guns and knives laying around and nothing secured. We did think it felt like a scene from a cheesy horror movie as when he died they kept the camera on him and it looked like he was gonna come back to life again. We did wander who shut his eyes too as they were open when he died and the paramedics went straight to Michelle unless we missed that bit . Xx |

I think over the week it was ok but it was all rather rushed and may be would have worked better as one hour episodes.I think Pat Phelan will go down as one of the best all time soap villains he got what he deserved I was pleased it was Anna that killed him. |

I was disappointed in the ending.
People walking around
Phelans body bag being zipped up in the street.
All seemed rushed after the build up we’ve had. And now we will have Michelle in hospital story dragged out...... |

It wasn't rushed for me as the story line had gone on for so long,it was time to end it for good. |

I agree. The storyline had been going on long enough to completely annoy the audience with its ridiculous cliffhangers. |

Corrie is the same age as me and watched it with my mum as a child. I stopped watching it when it was revealed Phelan had Andy in a cellar. Turned to Agents of Shield, Luke Cage, Walking Dead, Game of Thrones etc...far more believable story lines. |

What did he do to her exactly?
She went around telling Aileen, Nicola ECT that he r**ed her.
I may have missed that part, I recall phelan propositioning Anna that he would let Owen off from paying a large debt he owed him and that he wouldn't take his video evidance of Gary leaving him for dead after being hit over the head with a plank of wood if she had sex with him.
She made him sign a form and agreed.
So it was consensual sex and not r**e.
Anna should be thrown back in jail for murder |

She made him sign a form and agreed.

It was shit, I can't see police just taking peoples word for it that the gun man was dead in real life...but, I am just glad that story line is over, it was so boring and way too long played out. |
