Have a good moan or rant...go to the gym.. I’ve had a naff couple of days too but I have just thought sod it.... I am not going to let it over take me!!!
Do whatever makes you feel good!!

Listen to some happy music. Or go for a run about.
Maybe imagine slapping the persistently annoying folk in your life in to a canal with an extremely large fish |

Watch funny vids of comedians on YouTube. A nap. Music. Think of my next holiday I want to book. Make sure I have something booked to look forward to. Go for a drive and listen to my tunes!
Think that some people are going through worse than me depending on what I feel meh about. |

Ive felt a wee bit meh for 4 weeks now, have had an ear infection and its really gettig me down, coupled with a bout of insomnia.
However, today ive been back to the docs for more antibiotics then came home and had a little Nanna-nap and now I feel all sparkley and sunny again |

Get outside in the fresh air, walk, cycle or run or just sit down somewhere peaceful.
By the time I get home other people will have irritated me so much that I'm really happy to be home |
