 I must be a munter.... Ive never had loads of messages when I was single. I think logging in to about 20 was my record and Ive never used filters.
If they are getting too many tell them to set their filters and tone dolwn the picture uploads and teasing status updates.

It's nothing to do with looks, it's sheer numbers and difference in attitude between men and women. Me and my GF came on here at the same time with blank profiles....no pics, no info, only difference was one said female, one said male. in the first week, she had over 1000 messages, I didn't even have 1 look! HAHA...even now a month later, she still gets over 100 messages a day and I've had 1 meet which was don't through her account! HAHA

I have strict filters put in place. It really does help with the message amount. I still get a lot, within my specified age range, but it is far more manageable than when my filters were not in place  |

Am I the only person who doesn’t agree with this?
Having lots of pictures or putting up statuses isn’t licence for guys to message.
And as others have said, blank female profiles get tons regardless.
I’ve had friends who’ve joined and ended up bombarded before they’ve even put a picture up.

The amount of profiles just within 15 miles was shocking. I just stopped searching and spoke to only my friends for 3 months haha. It would more likely put some women off from joining, than working in the male's favour. |
