"Do you believe you're successful? How do you judge your own success and the success of others??"
I'm still alive after some of the crazy things I've done, I'm healthy, foolish, good job and happy, so that counts as success in my eyes |

I work for myself in a job I love, I can pretty much decide my working hours so i get plenty of family time in. I am married to an amazing man and we have two beautiful Kids. Life is good.
I'm happy so I consider that a success.
Other people's lives don't concern me and it's not my place to judge their level of success.

Yep I am, we both are. Not in material or financial terms but I'd say our quality of life is pretty good and that's how we measure success for us.
I tend to measure other people's success in a similar way i.e. if they want a great career and achieve it I think they're successful |

I don't measure my life by my successes. Successful usually means you have gotten a good job, nice house and car and plenty of money.
By those standards I'm a failure. |

I don't compare myself to others, but I know I've still got room to progress at work but I'm happy to take my time and not rush ahead.
Others seem to think we're either loaded or the poor relations, where as I consider us to be comfortable. One area I do consider us to be successful is the fact that our only debt is out mortgage, even my bank manager thought I was lying about that.

This quote is what I try to live my life by:
- ‘Success is the progressive realisation of a worthy ideal’
So, if each day you are making progress towards something you desire... then you are a successful person...
If you aren’t, then you are yet to realise what your goal or goals are... or you haven’t yet started to realise them |

I'm successful because I have achieved at what I set out to do.
I'm happy with what I have done and in life, so I would class that as successful.
Everyone has different goals though, s it's down to the individual. |

Work wise getting there.
Bringing up 2 little girls that are clever and polite and keep surprising me at how quickly they pick things up, so on thay front very succesful. That is the main thing I'll gauge my success on. What others do it irrelevant to me. |

I don't judge myself
I don't benchmark myself against anyone
I have a job that I love
I have a family that I love
I have friends that I love
I've had some great meets thru here
So yeah, I'd say I'm quite successful |
