You descend down into the fiery screaming darkness until you finally step out onto the lowest level of hell, a place of fiendishly despicable torment reserved for only the very worst of beings and things. What do you find there? |

For a start it has got to be strewn with fucking annoying audio and power cables all slightly entangled and which only get worse as you try to untangle them |

Donald trump, nigel farage, theresa may, jeremy corbyn, all staring you in the eye - silently masturbating.
There's no noise bar their heavy breathing and whatever noise their genetalia make |

"Surely its pandemonium
Well it is the capital of hell
Old school reference! I read that in college
Its from dantes inferno i think"
It’s originally from Paradise Lost, I think Milton coined the term |

I don’t think it says all that much about the devil or Hell (I might be wrong) I think most notions about Satan and Hell derive from Paradise Lost |

Jesus bought us all those lovely ideas of doing good etc. But he also embellished massively on notions of Satan and hell. I don't think either are present in the old testament. Dante embellished even further. I think you're going to have to gracefully concede on Milton |

In Dante's Inferno, the lowest in Hell would be a desolate frozen wasteland reserved for the traitors hence the name of this 9th circle known as Treachery. |

I must admit that I haven’t read either the bible or Dante’s Inferno, I’m going by what I can remember from college, clearly my memory is worse than I thought |

"100 grandchildren either playing Fortnite or blaring out YouTube crap
"
Agree - combining the two watching others playing fortnite on you tube makes for grim!
But my idea of hell would be back living in a small built up area where everyone knows your business and everyday is like an episode of Jeremy Kyle.

Ouch! I lived in a hamlet like that a few years back. Only 6 houses on it and one had had an affair with another whilst another had stolen from another. You could cut the air with a knife |

My idea of hell would be to spend eternity surrounded by happy clappy types preaching and smugly telling me 'told you so' and spending forever praising the dear leader who created us without our say so in the matter and would condemn us for the original sin with which he so kindly gifted us.
Fortunately for me,whatever your beliefs are,I expect you would agree that I am to be spared that. |

I like the bit in the bible (can't remember chapter and verse) which doesn't babble on about heaven and hell but instead states that the righteous get eternal life (ie eternal slavery) but the un righteous are just dead,as in lifeless, unfeeling and unknowing.
I have to wonder which is the punishment and which is the reward. |
