Are there many couples on here where the woman has a toned/ muscular physique?
I’m not talking about Olympia female bodybuilders. Just women like myself that compete in Powerlifting / strong women comps.
Those that have shapely quads / glutes & delts.
I appreciate everyone has a preference but do any men find this physique attractive?

"I'm half and half.... Fat body but quite defined legs.... I'm like a lollipop lol
Men (and women) most definitely do find that physique attractive and why wouldn't they "
Ah I just tend to see men liking petite women or curvy women |

Oh no..... There's lots that like gym bods.... You usually find some of them on the fat women threads declaring their disgust at us
I really don't see why people can't just be who they are and like what they like without feeling marginalised.
You look amazing BTW, wish u had the dedication to lose the weight. I quite like doing weights at circuits but am scared to do them on my own. |

We’ve not been on here long, so don’t get many messages. Have spoke with a few nice couples similar to ourselves, but they seem to be few & far between! |

My wife is big in to weight training at our local crossfit.
I actually tried to message you but the filters obviously block it (totally understand why) as I want to buy her a belt and noticed that you have one in your newest picture. I’m looking for advice on what to get but I can’t ask her as it’s for her birthday. |

"HandH83 or something like that, pretty sure they're bodybuilders.
Gothamsfinest too."
Thanks doll!
We are both into the gym and lift weights.
I can never decide whether I am training for strength or size!
I'm a Personal Trainer and lost sight of my goals last year.
I'm just starting to cut now to see what gains I made.. if any!
Then back to trying to build size and strength. I'm hoping to compete before I'm 30. I have decent quads, biceps and a muscular back.

I second strength shop belts, really good and IPF approved if you want to compete too.
On the subject of strong women, yes I do like them. I train with some immensely strong women from time to time. |

If you can't decide , I'd recommend strength , size will come naturally in perfect proportion .
If I add fat due to an off period I lose the fat first then slowly increase food intake to grow without much fat
Also I find that cut then add is better for skin stretch as one does not have the skin volume of a big bulk x
Strength almost always brings growth and is very practical
Training just for size will indeed add size but not always complimentary strength also when training for size many over eat x |

Thank you, I am going to go for strength when I go back into a bulk.. whilst maintaining too.
My strength is always improving anyway and I'm pretty happy with what I can do for 12-15 reps. I'm looking forward to doing some 3 rep Mac's and 5x5 etc.

I much prefer my strength training . Noticed a much better physique plus happy hitting heavy numbers with my Powerlifting.
I’m around 63kg
Deadlift is 145kg
Bench 80kg
Squat 130kg
I also like my food. Competing on stage again just isn’t for me. Gave me a really unhealthy relationship with food |

Shoulders are bastards, have a look at something called "plate halos" seemed to help mine out,
Haha there's a few, tore a pec, torn ACL, spinal compression/impingement are the ones that sent me in a different direction.

That's amazing! I got to a deadlift of 110kg before I had to stop. I don't remember what my squat was.
I've suffered with bad hips since I was young and it has slowly impacted my back.
I don't squat at all anymore. I'm building my deadlift back up after going through a bad patch. Think I'm at around 80kg now which sucks.
I don't tend to bench either, I actually tried it for the first time a few weeks back. It's something I will be doing more often more. I was always wary of training chest with my breast enhancement.

It happens, no matter how careful you are, when you're shifting the sort of weight I was shifting then it's a case of when not if. Could have been worse.

Indeed it can. But thankfully I keep the bod at a generally good level through food, just need to hit the gym regularly again to shave a few bits off here and there and get the definition back again

Oh it's definitely fine, just feels really weird ha ha! It's the same when I do pull ups too, the muscle moves over the implant and feels..gross? I can't explain it but it makes me feel squeamish.

I don't compete anymore, but I train those that do.
I decided my life/pleasure balance out weighed the dedication required of me in my middle age lol
I still lift for fun, teach HIIT & Insanity classes, the muscle has dropped & BF gone up a few %, but I'm happier in myself than I've been in years |

Toned/muscular is nice. Personally I think ripped/shredded or whatever the hip term is is too far for a lady as she loses her femininity. A friend of mine was an Olympic class boxer and she is ripped, but pecs instead of boobs. Not for me..... |

Those that have shapely quads / glutes & delts.
I appreciate everyone has a preference but do any men find this physique attractive?
OP i wish i could achieve a body like yours.
Love weight training and pt sessions.
My arms/shoulder area is pretty good, just wish i could get the rest to follow!
I think you look gorgeous already!

"I had added you to my hotlist a little while a go... both you and your Mr are damn fine.
You’re exactly the kind of couple we would be attracted to in a bar...
And it appears we’re both in the same neck of the woods

Why thank you!
Feel free to send some pics if you have any? Maybe we can chat? X miss |

"Toned/muscular is nice. Personally I think ripped/shredded or whatever the hip term is is too far for a lady as she loses her femininity. A friend of mine was an Olympic class boxer and she is ripped, but pecs instead of boobs. Not for me....."
I agree with you |
