Wet your sheet. Put the wet sheet on the bed. As the sheet dries out it cools your body down enough to sleep.
Works a treat on extra hot and humid nights.
A South African guy gave me this tip. With the water shortage there I don't think that's an option for him now. |

I normally give Mr's Doublehunbon some sort of backhanded compliment and the icey reception she gives me for at least 12 hours is enough to cool any one down.
