Photos gone missing

I've checked and better checked about

and one of my favorite photos has disspeared off my library. ..has this happened to anyone else? I've sent a question to admin but is it a common thing? Never fecking happened before

Only takes for one person to report it and admin will review it and delete if its not allowed. What was it of?
