The local favourite that makes me want to poke my eyes out is short denim shorts over leggings.
Leggings which are so tightly stretched they become see through and their bridget jones pants are in your face (guess the short denim shorts come in handy for this locally too - so maybe theyre more practical than aesthetic!) |

Fashion when followed religiously is a failure...I detest fashion...if you like something do it/wear it! Don't get shitty with someone because they are doing just that and then be doing/wearing exactly the same thing 6 months down the line because you are now told it is fashionable! I detest sheeple! |

She had ripped jeans on with big holes in them, underneath was black fishnets.
I spoke to the daughter saying looked very raunchy and hot

I’ve worn fishnets under jeans but I usually wear it with a dress and leather ankle boots, got a pic on my profile. I did wear it with fishnets and converse high tops, I like things that are a little edgy. I draw the line with over knee boots, that’s not my style at all. |

By 22 I had lived with an older guy and also had another year long relationship. I was very much a mature adult and had lived quite a bit by then. If they were much younger then I would agree. |

A woman I work with who is around 50 - looks great for her age but really over does it!
Ridiculous face highlighter, orange tan, eyelash extensions, winged eyeliner - the lot.
She must get up so early to apply all of that clown makeup!
The outfit today was striped cropped high waisted cullots and a long sleeved body

In todays society of women in late 40's and 50's on constant request for 'young stud' or one I'm sick of reading in Devon..the 'marine'
Given it seem accepted on here with older women after younger men (in early to mid 20's)
Always looses me a little when a bloke late 30s/40's gets called this or that because well what a woman in the 20s

On a par to dressing too young for their age Id go with dressing to old and frumpy. One of my dearest friends does this and it breaks my soul bless her.... She dresses like my mum.

Think Id be equally uncomfortable that she knew her mum was meeting from here. But I agree the raunchy and hot comment was a little cringy, could you not have just said she looked nice? I cant imagine any scenario where telling someone of any age they look raunchy and hot unless they were very well acquainted and alone in a bedroom. Maybe Im a prude? Who knew? |

I wear what I like and what’s comfortable. It’s uncomfortable if I wear anything tight around my stomach due to various conditions. I’m past caring what others think.
Women wear things for lots of reasons. Don’t judge their choices. |

People wear what they feel comfortable in or what society may dictate you wear.
Like how nice it would be in summer months...just walk about naked, or not have to put a tee shirt on too go into tesco. Society influence people too much with clothing.
I used to buy into the labels. Honestly not made any better however are certain things as a man I notice.

If she didn’t think it was an issue, then it’s not an issue. Wouldn’t bother me either. They obviously have a very honest & open relationship so it doesn’t feel like it would be an inappropriate comment given their dynamic |

Living in London, you see people wearing anything and everything. Locally we have a TV who rides around with a tiny skirt, 5” heels and a fishnet top, even in the Winter. It’d be a very boring place if we all looked respectable! |
