I tend to wear M&S briefs in dark blue or black but I sometimes wear shorts instead of underwear to meets. I think the idea is that I feel a little more comfortable initially than going straight to small underwear. And they have a little more ‘breathing space’! |

Generally loose boxers for comfort. If I'm likely to spend a lot of time in just my underwear then briefs. I've also been known to go commando on occasion
