I will have a tuna and rice stir frie. I like my food hot and spicy and I will add some jalapenos and thai hot sauce on it mmmmm, what about you?

Good question I really don't know. I may go to McDonalds for a rubber burger or chicken strips. Then again I may not bother and have nothing at all which would be much healthy.

We started low carbs today but I have a child that doesn't like prawns so I made a chilli and had sone of the rice with it.

I can't do no carbs, it exhausts me.

Do you like the cauliflower rice? Zero noodles are passable too. Low carbing is the only thing that will shift my weight unfortunately and even then it's slow x
