Has anyone done this and if so what are the general rules you have to follow, things like a contract what rights would the person renting would have, how easy to get rid of them when you want to. stuff lime that. and what would be a fair monthly rent, all bills included gas/electric/water rates. |

I have thought of doing this on a mon to Fri basis as I am near a military base and there is demand for week day accom |
