Come on is it a pork pie...and does it have to come from Melton Mowbray a r steak and kidney...quiches are allowed too....but tell me where you get the best on.
Mines a pork pie that comes from Norton Green near stockton from a butchers call blackwells

I like pie so long as I don't have to eat the pastry .... Too much fat and too many calories for me these days...
I used to bloody love steak pie with a suet crust when I was 10st heavier though |

I used to bloody love steak pie with a suet crust when I was 10st heavier though
I'm the same used love pie but then realised how fattening they are, tesco did a lovely family size short crust mince and onion. Mow i dont eat much pie, no pun intended "
Never been a big pastry fan (apart from when my Nan used to make it) but suet crusts were just mouth wateringly delicious |

A good steak pie, thick gravy and puff pastry top.
Or a chicken and mushroom with loads of herbs, bit of cream and tasty pieces of chicken thigh.
Trying to lose weight but really want a pie now! |
