I struggle every year for birthday gift ideas for my dad.

I’d like to make this one really special due to his health and mind deteriorating.

Iv read in a magazine about a lady getting everyone of her dads family and friends writing down a memory of her dad and giving him those to open on his birthday. So I’m going to steal her idea

Does anyone else have any super ideas please?

He can’t fly or do anything closed in.

You could do a mix tape of his favourite songs. Especially if he is struggling with memory, those might be associated with certain memories (he may have forgotten about) in his mind.

Plus it is very cheap to do

Brighton - even Hove!

Photos printed and labelled in an album?

You could maybe get them to do a video message and put them all together on a disc, I did this for my sister's birthday and she said it was the best present she's ever had.

Worcester

Download all of your old pics.

Pop them onto a memory stick and but one of those photo frames that are outbthere now.

Plug it in and the pics will keep changing so he will see different images each time he looks.

It may help and is something that he cant misplace too.
