Tomorrow is Whit Friday, a big day in Mossley, the whit walk in the morning and then the brass band contest in the afternoon and evening.
Do any other areas do this kind of thing every year |

Tbf mate there's not much else to get excited about in "Mozzley"
And yup I'm feeling very safe in my glass house. 
Can't say I remember ever seeing a Whit Walk in my lifetime (born 77) but if you've seen East is East they were definitely a big occasion back in the day. |
