I disagree, loads of advice.
Get a good nights sleep. Do lots of research on the company, what they do, what's new and think up a couple of questions about them. I quite often find a good question to ask at the end is 'Do you have any concerns about what I have said that might stop you from offering me the job?' It's an unusual question, shows that you are interested in feedback and lets you address any queries that the interviewers might have ....
Good luck, I hope you do well. |

"And I am shitting me knickers...
I've got one too, lets hope they both turn out for the best xxx"
Good luck to the both of you, though I hardly think you need it, you deserve the jobs ....... you just have to insist to the interviewers that you are the best! xxx |

Some tips for you (I used to train people in interview technniques) :
Remember that you are there because the company has a vacancy they need to fill asap & you match their criteria.
Take a look at their portfolio/website. You are there to fill the vacancy so show some respect & be aware of the company that you are about to become part of.
Show enthusiasm & ask questions - There is something odd about NOT asking questions about a position that will take up a substantial part of your life & pay your bills.
Know what you are applying for. This makes it easier for the interviewer. Remember that they are looking for someone who can fill the vacancy & make their lives easier.
You will be part of their team. They want to like you.
Interviewing is often a pain & only works if the candidate is on the same page & knows the role they are applying for.
Show enthusiasm & smile.
Good luck. I'm sure a lot of folk want this to happen for you.

The longest interview I ever did was to secure a permanent post, with the company I had been temping for for 3 years. The external candidates were 30 minutes... Mine was nearer 90...and the chief exec sat in on mine.
1. Never assume that those above your boss know your worth.
2. Most interviews are tick box exercises... My boss grilled me to prevent any complaints from other candidates... The exec sat in for the same reason.
Hope it all goes well for you...;-)
Sit back and wait, with a glass of wine... |

I dont know your interviewer... So it could mean either...
If you think positive and you dont get it... Youll be oversad...
Think negative... and anything is a plus...
Stop thinking about something you can do nothing (more) about... Cross a bridge IF you ever come to it;-);-) |

I have long since learned to never try and second guess their thoughts. Best interview I ever had, ran 40 minutes over, great rapport, great body language etc and never got to the second stage. Worse one, absolute train crash, got offered the job that night so you can just never tell. Providing the shitty knickers didn't put them off I am sure you nailed it! |

"Can we have an update as to how the interview went ??"
Interview went ok... Not sure as there are many others going for the job so they might have more experience than I. So I guess I have to wait and see there is nothing more I can do.. |
