How do you get the perfect jacket potato, mine are either burnt on the outside or soggy in the middle ?

Sprinkle of salt or fry light spray. Cook in the oven on a low heat, depending on size, check after 30 minutes

Or I put them in the microwave for a quicker spud

Never been a fan of sweet potato

They taste lovely but always end up not what I hoped
