How much would you pay?...
My friend and i have been organising our other friends hen weekend. Everyone invited was informed this time last year that it would be a weekend away on south coast.
The accommodation was paid in full by all invitees in march this year. So plenty time left to save few pennies for food/spending/activies.
Longer story short, in total, each person needs £150 which covers, accommodation, food, fizz, and an activity for each day.
Correct me if you think im wrong but surely that is not expensive!!! 
We purposely planned to keep costs low, as we all on a tight budget.
So much planning and effort has gone into this and today has really pissed me off with people not wanting to take part in activities, 'because they didnt know they would have to pay more money'
On what planet can you go away for a weekend and only expect to pay £60(accommodation)
Sorry, ill stop now, just needed to rant and would normally say all this to my best friend, but its her hen weekend...and she knows nothing!!

I couldn’t bear the thought of organising a hen weekend. So much whinging, bitching and complaining. Imagine finding something to satisfy those with tiny kids, those that are heavily pregnant, the mates from school that refuse to talk to the new mates from work, and the recently divorced bitter old auntie that every thought would be fun (but for 5 minutes).
You decide what is going to happen, tell them to transfer 50% of the cash as a non refundable deposit and then get it booked. With any sort of group activity you have to force peoples hands a little and make them commit up front.
Ideas? How about fossil hunting down on the Jurassic coast? You can hire a geologist/paleontologist for about £100/day |

Thankfully the people invited to this all get on well.
Just 7 of us.( the hen meal in a couple of months could be more interesting though)!!
All activities are planned and sorted now so we now what were doing and all guests knew we would be doing things..(would be a boring hen weekend if we did nothing)!!
Its more the fact that they have known about it for about a year, not like we have sprung it on them....grrrr.
