Quite a few trendy cafes these days are going with avocado and it's bloody yum! "
It's so good! I'm really not a fan of Hollandaise sauce (tried it again yesterday, Still not a fan) and so avocado works for me!

Fried eggs on a nice rare steak topped with some lovely melted cheese, sat on some skinny fries! Maybe chuck on an anchovy or 2 if you're feeling brave! |

Have you had the sauce made and made by a decent Chef or just the shit that comes out of a jar or carton. The difference is huge! |

Back at the shops. I love eggs but my I have to have porridge, fruit or Greek Yoghurt for breakfast.
