There aren't many things a woman does these days that a man isn't capable of!
I saw a man washing up the other day and, in half an hour I shall be hanging out the washing.
Men can even become nurses now a days!

Isn't it illegal to pay a lady less than a man for the same job?
I believe that the main issue is that there are less woman occupying the positions that the extremely well paid, old white priviledged chaps are still in.

I think if a woman has the same skillset as me, the same experience as me, does the same job as me, has the same level of success as me has the same contract as me, the same holiday, pension/healthcare/benefits as me and works the same hours as me, we should be paid the same.
This is equality of pay, and nothing else.
If there's an imbalance in any of those factors wages should be adjusted accordingly either way.
Simple really isnt it......

In my line of business I’ve come across women who are amazing at their job but the worst I’ve come across have been women also . I find women struggle to rise above and let go of a feud or disagreement . Particularly when this involves other women . I’ve seen it change the whole dynamics of a office environment. Very rarely this happens with men . Just my experience |
