How do you wind down and de-stress when life is being a damn pain in the arse?
I find wine and chocolate helps but sooooo unhealthy, sex also helps, a lot, but it's not always available when I need it. |

* Music (as loud as possible without offending anyone on the street)
* Lose myself in a book or film
* Wine
* Sex (although like the OP, not always available when needed)

Drive/fwb... Whether it's a roadtrip, or driving late at night with my fwb, chatting shit about everything and nothing.

If i’m unbearably stressed then i have to have a good cry. I usually feel calmer after that and it helps me sleep, and then the next morning things look more in perspective.
If i’m just in a fucked off mood or a little bit down, then a walk helps. |

I can also heartily recommend the concept of the Solo Sitting Room Disco for a good de-stress. Close the curtains, put on your best boogie tunes and damn well dance the night away. Most liberating. |
