Also what would we have to legally disclose to potential buyers of our house?
Whilst we have never gone down official complaints with environment health regards noise.
We do have noisy neighbours both sides. |

It depends if you're in the stamp duty bracket. Agents fees vary too but it cost us about 6k a couple of years ago.
If you're not sure about the neighbours thing ask your solicitor.
