There are very few forumites..

That annoy me with what they write or share, regardless of differences.
But one or two certainly get under my skin.
But maybe that's my problem? Sometimes I read their other posts and ponder if it's my interpretation of their posts That makes them appear condescending and arrogant.
Have you changed your mind after reading more of their posts or even unblocked them? |

Nobody to unblock.
I have 'gone off' a few based on their general negativity though. I've also been pleasantly surprised by a few who I initially found a bit up themselves but have over time learnt to enjoy. |

I think we lose a lot because of the fact we are writing here, there is no tone or other indicators of intent so sometimes things can be taken the wrong way.
I know from speaking to a few people here I can come across as confident and at times quite abrupt where I'm actually ridiculously shy and would hate nothing more than to offend with a comment I have made.
The forums and things we respond to are not a true indicator of personality, they're just a very tiny snapshot into how someone feels or reacts to a certain topic or comment made.
Unless they are a complete bellend on every post then I give people the benefit of the doubt. |

I dont tend to block people off the forums as you can still see their posts regardless ..
The only time i do is if they private message off a thread as i hate that |

There was one who used to grind my gears with their posts but after meeting in person I changed the way I read their posts as I understood more about them.
Yes I have blocked people for things they have written on threads, not unblocked them either.
I'm sure i've said things people don't agree with asi know we are blocked by a few forum posters. |

No one specifically and I certainly wouldn't expect people to name.
It's a generic question. Have you never read people's posts and found them a little off putting? Then perhaps over time mellowed to them? |

None get under my skin (it *is* just a forum after all). But one or two seem awfully popular despite the fact they usually write either boring or bitchy stuff. But there ya go... I guess they've either got a super hot profile, have chatted privately with some forumites (as I have) and revealed themselves to be lovely people one on one, or people have met them and found them nice company in person and that's translated onto here. I'm happy to give them the benefit of the doubt... But only if they've got tits  |

I've never blocked anyone.
If others disagree with me don't like me don't want to interact with me....or me with them; it's simple just don't.
People change opinions change everything changes... apart from the effect of the block button on fab. |

I've never blocked anyone because of a forum post. There are far too many situations and opportunities in my real life to be pissed off about to let anyone on here get under my skin. |

Forums are, by their nature, where conflicting opinions will be aired. It's natural to find some opinions distasteful, frustrating, annoying etc.
It would be pretty dull if we all nodded in agreement with each other.
Plus, there will be sarcasm and tongue-in-cheek dark humour that you might not get.
But we all need to keep it in perspective and not get too wound up about it.
Having said that, I'll happily block posters who have (what I think are) really bad attitudes... bigots, racists, mysogynists etc. I don't want to engage with those arseholes on any level. |

I’ve only ever blocked those who have blocked me first , and know I probably piss a few people off on the forums . I can be a bit outspoken at times .
Happily there only seems to be one on this thread so far , and I certainly won’t be losing any sleep over that one .

I'm sure people went off me yesterday regarding my opinions on the royal Wedding.
But life is full of different opinions.
If we all believed the same thing life would be very dull. I don't disrespect anyone else's views. I simply believe in my own until somebody says something that makes me question my beliefs.

I feel I should clarify...the post was more about you changing your opinion on the person, as you read more of their posts, not if you've blocked them?
I know I've blocked a few, but afterwards considered if I was totally wrong in my opinion.
Blocking is simply a persinal choice as is everything you do in the site and how you use it? |

The only time we use the block button is when another couple just isn’t for us. It stops us both going round in circles looking at profiles of couples who we don’t want to meet or don’t want to meet us. The only other person on our block list persisted to message us with negative comments and horror stories about what would happen to us if we visited a club because we didn’t want to meet him. Block button becomes an easier conversation finisher!
We wouldn’t block anyone on the forums, you are all wonderful people |

Some hugely inflated egos on here. Can't stand that in "real life" and gets on my tits on forums too. Prob should just ignore it but it'seven more annoying that they seem like the "cool kids" that get brown nosed a lot. |

I generally only block racists and bigots. Doesn't stop me engaging with them on the forums but if I go to look at their profile and can't see it, it's generally a reminder to cease all communication publically. |

I said I didn't agree with the cost of the wedding being lumped onto the tax payers when the country has so many problems. I.e. Poverty, the NHS, education system.
And I'm aware that not all of it was funded from our taxes but a huge cost was incurred.
We are told that there isn't enough money for certain infrastructures to be improved, yet we can always find money when it's required for other things.

Fabio used to get right on my tits but then I met him and he’s the most top guy ever.
