Here in uk we mainly sit
Yet elsewhere in world ive experienced lot of squatting
Talking about taking a shit or bog talk ha
Having experienced both sitting and squatting
Feel squatting far more natural and comfy any other squat shitters out there haha |

You fit a squatting toilet seat, used to actually get them on some Victorian toilets, like option to squat
Tbh its not as good as an actual cast squatting toilet
Given the extra height
Can get splash back haha |

Actually squatting has been proven to be the best position for shitting.
You can do that on the loo by elevating your legs a bit when taking a shit. You can use a very small laders to stabilise them... All you need to do then is push and enjoy. |

I used to work in a fruit and veg company and they employed a lot of Indian people in the pack house. Numerous times I went into the loo to find foot prints on the toilet seat! Some of the older women in the office complained so signs were put up to tell them not to do it.
I guess looking at it, it is a health and safety issue... Working at height and all that |

I don't know if they did it in the ladies but in the gents they (our indian friends) were also gobbing in to the hand basins too..we had to get H&S to put up signs for that to...  |

I squat , it straightens the colon and reduces straining ,
