Can't beat finishing off take a way curry for a hearty healthy breakfast. Haven't done it for a very long time, wish I had some now!

I believe in eating whatever it is you fancy. It's your body's way of telling you what it needs. I've just had porridge, blueberries and yoghourt, yum! There's bound to be some country where fish and chips for breakfast is normal so go for it

People that only eat certain things at certain times need to bore off!

If you fancy fish and chips for breakfast - then you should have it

In regards to the actual question --- The word breakfast came into being in the early 15th Century . It simply meant " breaking the fasting period of the night before " So there you go

Technically, breakfast is what it says it is. It is the meal that breaks the fast.

So eat what you want.
