Surely we can eat what we want when we want. Am craving fish N chips and cant be asked to wait until lunch. Plus in another country its lunch time there so...

I believe in eating whatever it is you fancy. It's your body's way of telling you what it needs. I've just had porridge, blueberries and yoghourt, yum! There's bound to be some country where fish and chips for breakfast is normal so go for it |

"In regards to the actual question --- The word breakfast came into being in the early 15th Century . It simply meant " breaking the fasting period of the night before " So there you go "
