This does make me laugh, sick of it all but starts a thread about it, ensuring that it’s still being spoken about? Isn’t this kind of defeating the object?
I am looking forward to it, even more so as I may have to work which means I get to celebrate with all my residents!

no I love the Royal and tbh they arnt just two people getting married
they are two very IMPORTANT people getting married and I'd much rather the press keep going on about it then having to go on about terrorists etc |

I'm not sick of it. We've only just come back from holiday where we only watched the news on our last morning and didn't buy a paper. Once home we only listen to Radio 4 in the day and they only mention it on the news. We missed all the relatives and father hype but gather from threads on here that there's been a lot of coverage.
The media covers what they perceive people want to know about. The only way to change it is to switch off your telly and stop buying the papers. |

Not too fussed by it, easy enough to ignore. Saying that, friends are going to the large screen event at the Cathedral so might join them in the afternoon for beer & picnic. |

Victoria Live have asked for tweets from people who are bored/pissed off by the constant Royal wedding coverage.
They are reading them out between talking about her dress and how wicked her poor relatives are.

Some weren’t rough sleepers, still homeless and living way below the poverty line. Windsor has around 10 entrenched rough sleepers and like everywhere, a large amount of hidden homeless. |

Genuine homeless have "that smell". Anyone who has passed them by or worked with them recognises it.
The fakes with the new trainers, no smell and the iPhone are easy to spot from the genuine. |

Today there has been a shooting in a texas school with upto with upto 10 people dead and a plane crash with over a hundred dead where on any other day both would have received blanket coverage all day.
Its barely been mentioned on the news at all today.
I get that the media get all excited about anything to do with the royals but as news they need to report on you know other actual news thats happened today.
