6 straight would be ideal but generally get 4 , can't sleep for 2 hours and then get 2 more.

Grr. Annoying.

I survive on 4-5 hours sleep. But with my job I’ll often do 24+ hour shifts.

If I've had less than seven hours sleep I feel it. Ideally eight but the old body clock or one of my cats will usually have me awake earlier than I'd like

Iv always had a problem with getting comfy to fall asleep, during my work week I get about 4hrs of broken, uncomfortable, not really asleep sleep, then on my days off I get about 6hrs of broken, uncomfortable, not really asleep sleep.

I average around 6 which seems to be fine for me. They say you require less as you get older.

I need 9 to be on top of my game. I've been known to get by on 3 but it's a struggle to function properly.

A few months ago after having surgery I was put on a very strong painkillers, together with the other meds I was on I slept for 30 hours. Was really disorientated when I woke up

Slough Windsor ish

Far more than I get. I'm a chronic insomniac, I also have Bipolar so can go weeks with just short naps when I'm manic followed by weeks where I seem to sleep all the time when on a downer.

I try to be in bed by 10pm every night but am often still awake way past midnight. I get up between 6 and 7am. It's not enough at times and have had to change my working hours to accommodate my mental health.

Insomnia sucks

I tend to get by with about 3.5 to 4 hrs a night but it is a bit of a knife edge, much less than that for a few nights in a row and I'm dead... lol

I need 8 hours and I tend to generally get around 7/8 hours. It is pretty interrupted lately with back issues which makes me a grumpy bunny.

"I try to get about 8hrs a day "

I'm very lucky if I get 6 hours.

Usually wake up after 4 hours and can't get back to sleep... sometimes I can sleep right through the night and most of the morning too... not very often though

Brighton - even Hove!

I’m in the habit of having a shower at 10.30pm and asleep by 11 and up at 6. So 7 hours.

I think 8 is perfect for me. but my sleeping pattern is completely out of sync so I have nights without any sleep and then sleep for 16h in one go.

I get 4 -5 a day, every day. After a few months your body just gets used to it and it's like any other routine! My only exception is weekends where I tend to get a solid 12 hours (I am a teenager after all haha)

I can survive with 4 or 5 hours unbroken sleep a night, although 6 leaves me feeling resto_ed. Never, never, never 90 minutes like I got Sunday night (was paying for it days after)

"I try to get about 8hrs a day "

Have a lot of sleep issues, having been through various tests I get around 1.5 to 2 hours completely unbroken sleep a night and another 2-3 hours of very broken sleep. Seem to do ok but am a prime candidate for Alzheimer’s or so I am told
