"First coined in Viz magazine. Guys pretending to walk their dogs"
I would suggest the phrase is older than Viz but yes, I've always thought that it related to pretending to walk the dog. |

Back in my teens a car swerved into the local lido park parking lot which was pitch black. (Horn dog almost killed me to doggy) It wasn't until I was on my way back from where I had just gone I decided to venture into the park. Filthy horn dogs going at it and no I didn't join in I observed from a far like any good respecting teen |
