So, are you saying that because couples/ladies dont allow people to join in/touch, the men going have given up going to just watch, then as a result of having nobody to perform for the couples have given up going out?
Interesting theory.
Personally I think the internet has kind of spoilt it.
Locations quickly became too well known or very easily found... to other doggers, yes
But also to idiots who just want to tear around carparks, flashing lights and making a nuisance of themselves, waiting to ambush any potential doggers,
also to the local neighbourhood morality protection squads and councils
and the Police, who, whilst its not illegal, have a duty to protect the general public from possible lewd behaviour once said neighbourhoods are aware of activity.
Dogging has, I believe always existed, just not by name.
There has long been so called 'lovers lane' where couples would go to make out and 'peeping Toms' would go to spy on them. Just now Dick, Harry, the world and his wife and the morality squad are there too. |
