To What degree do You think the malevolent leader of America is directly responsible for the 52 so far killed because of the US embassy change ?

Zero degree. He wasn’t directly responsible for killing 52 people at all.

He was probably advised by his officials that moving the USA embassy would result in some demonstrations and clashes and that injuries and deaths couldn’t be discounted but as he did so anyway, in that respect he’s indirectly responsible.
