I block for many and varied reasons.
But yes if I see someone has looked at me and their profile offends me in any way, be it pics, what they wrote etc then I'll block without contact, and I don't care who blocks me. We can't all be attracted to everyone. |

We use blocking mainly as a filtering system. We've been on this site before for some years and you can forget who you've spoken too and what about. Quite often if people fall into our interest range etc but it's a definite no, we will block to avoid going round in circles.

Nope.... only one person on our blocked list and thats because I recognised him in our local updates, he lives in same block as us a couple of floors up, just didnt fancy the awkward silence in the lift |

We block uninvited friends invites, silhouettes, 420 friendly, 'cos of that stink, lol and as a previous poster, anybody who's profile offends. Why not we aren't ever going to meet and I'm sure people do the same to us. |

Sometimes from comments in the forums, sometimes their pics (maybe bareback or whatever that makes me go ugh)
Statuses too, if I don’t think we’d get on what’s the point in leaving it open.

We use the block button for many reasons ...some just because of status updates we don't like ( drugs , money or blatent begging lol etc ) some because we have messaged and it's going no where or we think they are fake and some just because they come up on our searches and we know for certain they arnt for us so we use it like a filter so we don't keep going on thier profile or them ours if pics change or I'm looking then hubby. Only have 2 on there that we have actual problems with  . Xx

That's my point. I acquire many forum blocks and it's like what's the point cos you can still see my posts.
It's the online equivalent of sticking your finger up at someone. I just counterblock them but they still have their little sly digs and I dunno about you but when someone's chopsing me I like to check them out. |

I block people who annoy me by being mean on the forums, being all ranty and negative in status updates, people who argue with me or try to make me change my mind if I say I am not interested & couples who look at us but have never met anyone (over 6 months)....you know....the usual suspects  |

I don't block many but one or two on the local updates have been, like one who is probably one of the hottest women I've seen on fab, but is constantly shouting in capitals i.e. "OMFG WILD FUCK PARTY TONIGHT only apply if MASSIVELY ENDOWED, and can CUM LIKE A FUCKING FIREHOSE and are SERIOUSLY FUCKING HOT"

Exactly the same here. If somebody is of no interest to us (as in we're never going to consider a meet with them) we use block as a way to trim down Fab. That's no reflection on them. It's just basic admin. |

We've only a few blocked from the forums, either for odd messages or persistant messaging when a meet would be nigh on impossible.
Locally we use blocking as a filter to get rid of those that update statuses about drugs, wanting gifts in exchange for sex, offering money for sex, constant moaning they dont get a meet, people whose photos turn us off, obvious fake profiles, and anyone too local as I am sick of men thinking its okay to approach me in real life or via message because they recognise us. |

I don't really like to block and if I do, there is always a valid reason, not just something lame. I blocked a couple of female Forumites a while back because they were being bloody childish and trolling me and trying to wind me up but atm, my block list is tiny. |

I don't have a huge blocklist as my filters work pretty well. But yes... there are local people I've blocked without contact for most of the same reasons already stated...
Annoying status updates...
A penchant for posting photos that put me off my breakfast...
Additionally though I might block someone new just because I feel they may be too nearby for comfort/may know me and I don't want them seeing my profile or photos |
