Google demonstrated their AI making calls to people that are so lifelike you'd never know this week. It could make your calls for you.
And their email will be able to write answers, based on knowing you and the topic of conversation.
Would you trust it to help filter and reply to messages, even call them up to discuss arranging a meet etc?
Of course, it could be your AI bot interacting with theirs. |

I study Computer Science at university, so I like to think that I know a fair amount about AI.
While AI seems like it's advancing hughly, in reality all it's doing is following a set of rules based on the parameters that are being input. When it says that AI is advancing, what it basically means is that there are becoming more and more parameters being taken into consideration and each of them have an effect on what the rules that are followed are.
It is really amazing to learn about but computers will never be able to think for themselves, its just the illusion of freewill |
