Geddy Lee is all time favourite, Phil Lynott and Jean Jacques Burnell were/are very melodic players, Peter Hook dittto, and the man that made bass playing into almost rhythm guitar, and sadly missed , Mr Lemmy Kilmister. John Deacon clearly knew his way round one too. Oh and the amazing Paul Gray who returned to the Damned recently, and made them into a totally different band live, really took them up a notch

my chemistry teacher at school in mid 80s was related to mike Joyce , but he never gave in despite half the class virtually begging him t9 get us guest list! Lol do see them twice though
