For a grown adult male, anything over 15 drinks a week is considered excessive drinking, so...
Speaking for myself, I've probably consumed a pint and a half of cider since Christmas. |

It's definitely not good, especially if you are doing it in your home or in the same shit pub all the time. You'll isolate yourself and find you won't be able to stop if you make it a daily habit. |

Believe current guide lines is 14 units which equates to about 5 pints of Carlsburg for the week and not in one binge! |

Every day? Definitely not ok with me and I wouldn't be interested.
A few beers a couple of times a week is fine but every day has the potential for someone to become dependent on the booze even when consumed at low levels. |

Drinking every day is definitely not good for you. The big question is could you go a whole day without a drink if the answer is no then seek help.
For myself I have now had three beers on holiday that has trebled my alcohol intake for the year so far. |

Having one a day is actually ment to be good for you. With a balanced diet an exercise etc everything is good in moderation. That said alcoholism is a big problem an creeps up on people as it’s socially excepted an a glass of wine or a beer after work as a treat can creep up on people same with any addiction, people hurt their back an get hooked to the pain killers all the time. I’ve lost a lot of friends to alcohol an they was young. It takes 6 months of no drinking to rejuvenate your liver , just so you know |

Surely that depends on how much rejuvenation is required."
The body is very good at repairing it’s self. I’m no doctor so couldn’t say. |

I used to drink a lot. Almost every night I would have a glass. Now I rarely drink. I guzzle about 4 litres of water a day and feel so much happier. Tonight is the first time that I'm drinking in a long time and I'm taking it very carefully |
