The very best jerky (beef, horse, vegan etc.) is from our friends in Wales, Martin & Susie of Martin's Jerked Meat aka Cowley's Fine Foods. They also do peanut butter, mulled wine (try theirs at Lincoln medieval Christmas market)
They were on Dragon's Den a while back but they just abused Martin for having a Pink Mohican, so they made a dragon's bane jerky - it's very hot & spicy! |

We love biltong too.
We used to make it ourselves, until it was ready availible to buy online.
We've now found a localish butcher who produces it, so we now buy it from him. |
