training saturday, running sunday morning, building a cupboard for a friend in the afternoon, they sitting on the couch that evening, not terribly exciting really. |

I have a weekend of fab stuff. Meeting my FWB for fun Friday. Then have a social Saturday am. Going with my two faves to the attic Saturday. But Sunday I'm having a vanilla day  |

well my plans for Saturday - to be clinging to a rock face in the Lake District, by my fingernails - have just been scuppered.
So I'm trying to make a plan to be clinging to a rock face in Wales by my fingernails instead, on Sunday.
In which case Saturday will see me lycrad-up and out on the road bike.

My previously scuppered plans have just come un-scuppered - so in a couple of hours I'll be off up the M6 to the Lake District, hopefully just in time for a pint before crawling into my little tent, then in the morning a good breakfast and hour-long slog up onto the hill, where I'll be ascending a 500ft cliff face - maybe followed by a quick wild swim before setting off home. So, Sunday I'll mostly be knackered

We will do food shopping, housework etc plus we have football on sunday. Saturday we will hopefully carry on with sorting out/re arranging the garden and maybe a trip to a club. Thats if i get out of bed ... depression has a hold on me  |
