I disagree. I have bad patches / no shows / timewasters / guys who aren't interested all the time. I go to clubs and still not guaranteed any fun unless i go with someone.

I don’t agree.
Proportional men out vote women, so the ladies will get more messages. Personal, I don’t; I use my filters to keep it low and hide when I need too.
Power... people on have this if you give it up. So don’t. Men have every right to say no or yes, as me. |

As far as humble, i no wot you mean, when reading a profile I find some on here don't come across very well, seem not very nice but it could just be the tone you read it. So when I read a profile that comes across as a nice person, that could be considered as humble. |

Others have said it, but men can be choosy too. There are more women on here so it does shift the balance somewhat, but I think a lot of men’s success is down to their profiles. Many out on what they think women want to see, 5 cock pictures, but the majority don’t want to see that. Out of 50 messages, I’d say there’re only a couple who actually put some effort into their profile and write a decent opening message. |

The way I see it is women are as picky as men. Just because we outnumber them doesn’t mean we are all of a good enough calibre to hold conversation, humour sensuality and skills thereafter. Profiles on here go some way to indicating who and what you are like. But the real test is if you can hold that connection in person. Women may have more to choose from but let’s be fair once you have had steak you aren’t going to go for a burger if steak is available. Speaking from a burger’s point of view.

The simple answer to the original post however is no-one has the power (unless it's in a D/s way and it's been given but that's different!!) - we each as individuals hold our own "power" and it's up to us how we use it and how we express our own preferences.
As many have said, yes the good ladies of Fab may have more to choose from but that doesn't mean they have more power at all.
On balance I actually think if you're a decent and genuine guy who "gets" the site, the playing field is pretty level.
To give an example (and I know this is me working on the assumption I am a decent and genuine guy!!) I may not get many unsolicited messages from ladies but those I do get I can say 99% of them are of a decent quality - whereas ladies can and do get a far greater number of messages but 99% of them are not worth their time - so on balance it's actually about the same for both men and women.

Not sure what you mean by have so much power.
As with anything we usually hand power over to others. Men may have less choice and often less patient so may get more easily annoyed as many of their expectations are not met.
I don't see the women here have more power but rather potentially more choice but that may not be the case either with many rather waiting to meet the right ones rather than any 'ones'. |
