Trick question 
I've watched Buffy numerous times and I've only watched Angel in full once, so it depends on whether I want something new or old.
Cordy, Wesley and Darla in Angel though.  |

Generally I preferred Buffy over Angel. But persisted watching the latter thanks to Spike being present.
Now, if there had been a Spike spinoff, that would've quite likely been my favourite |
