Looking to rent out my spare room.
Applicants must be clean, none smoker, none ugly and very understanding (I cry most nights from abandonedment issues since my mother left me before I was born).
Would prefer a woman because we could trade rent for sexual favours.
I’m a nice guy but incredibly sexist so please expect sandwich making jokes.
