i bought a bottle of bvlgari perfume once at Manchester Airport. Couldnt get the thing to work. Anyhow I contacte them direct via web site asking how or where to get this rectified. They asked for the serial number on the bottom of the bottle. I received 2 bottles of the same perfume from them within 1 week. Weeks later the original bottle started working.
So perhaps the thing to do is to do a similar thing and contact Guess directly and explain your predicament. It worked for me with Bvlgari |

If its a fault with the handbag then the guarantee is worldwide. if you take it into a shop they will be able to tell how old the bag is because the designs will change seasonally, therefore it is was less than the guarantee time they will replace. You don't need a receipt. I bought my sons Ipod in the Apple store in New York and there was a problem with the screen after 6 months and they replaced it via the UK outlet. That's if it was bought in store though, and as long as the authenticity is not an issue.
