Mine was to try to reduce my reliance on chemical killer, it's proving to be a lot of hard work but so far so good.

Mine was to lose a couple of stones.. at new year i went on the scales and was shocked to see my weight had crept up to 15st...
Its now back to 13st so Id say Im on track  |

To be honest i can't see the 13 stone, are you sure your scales are working properly?  |
