Why is it that gym fit is the only type of fitness? You can be fit without going to the gym all the time!

I think some people are genetically predisposed to be fit (without the need to go to the gym) so yes some ppl are fit without the gym

I’ve never been to a gym, ride my bike but generally work keeps me ‘fit’.

Nobody can ever accuse me of being muscly though lol

I’ve helped build anytime fitness gyms around the south coast funnily enough but usually run a mile when the weights appear

It's a description of a body type, never took it as a literal comment about going to the gym
