So this morning for breakfast I am currently eating
Rolled oats, one banana, one apple and what was left from my pistachio and almond cookies

Every morning and I highly recommend it. "
I have greek yogurt and granola usually if am feeling peckish before the main meal is made. |

big handful of blueberries, a banana, spoon of almond butter, couple of big spoons of plain yoghurt, flax seeds, oats, ginger and turmeric - all whizzed up in a blender |
