Just home from work, fancied a take away but could not be bothered to wait so I came home and had my default lazy arse quick tea of a Bacon and Egg sarnie.

Do you have a lazy arse quick tea?

"Salad and tinned tuna. "

I had that after my Weetabix. I did my food arse upwards today. I had stew for my lunch and a maple and pecan pastry for breakfast.

Cheesy pockets - cut a pitta bread across the short axis. Open up to form a pocket in each half. Insert sliced cheese (side ones cut to a point to follow the curve of the pitta bread. Pop in toaster for a couple of mins. Serve with your favourite sauce. Sorted!

Experiment with fillings to add to the cheese - ham, onion, tomato, Branston Pickle, etc, etc
